QUICK AND EASY P/U, PARK, TERMINAL

When I arrived at Park N Fly around 2pm Friday (03/03) and scanned my QR code to enter the facility, a parking number had not been assigned to me, and a shuttle driver came to my rescue- pulling over their vehicle to tell me where to head and how to get there, all while being extremely understanding and friendly- and I was easily able to get to where I needed to Park!
I was nigh on immediately picked up by yet another polite and kind driver and taken to the airport while being treated to pleasant conversation.

On Monday night (03/06) when I returned for my vehicle,
Tanya, (forgive me if my spelling is incorrect) whom had driven the shuttle from the airport to the Park 'N Fly lot, and the gentleman working the exit gate around 11pm were delightful to converse with and were beyond helpful!

Staff was friendly and helpful, the ride was smooth, my vehicle was exactly as I had left it- and I was even able to use the complimentary car wash as advised to make sure I left in better shape than I had come in!

I had to extend my vehicle's stay at Park N' Fly due to an overbooked flight and to my delight I didn't have to modify my reservation, nor was my vehicle towed, nor was I penalized.
I will most certainly be a returning customer should I ever need to drive myself to Cleveland Hopkins again.

Easy in and out , shuttle drivers do a great job and it close to the airport.

Seemed pretty seamless. I had all info in advance on my phone. Parking was a little tight but bottles of water were a nice touch on the way out.

Ease of online reservation. Car to bus pickup was fast. Ease of checkout.

The efficiency of the pick up and drop off. Helpful drivers who were there to help with the bags etc. It was challenging to find the entrance in the dark so better signage on arrival would help
