The services are typically prompt and hassle free. My most recent trip had some confusion about the pickup location at the airport. I received an email stating the pickup location was changing to rideshare. I then received another email saying it was being temporarily changed back to the original location. The day before my flight, I received a text message saying the pickup location was at rideshare. I used the most recent information and went to rideshare after my flight. There was no bus at this location, so I went back to the original location and that is where I was picked up.

I like the text/email reminders for updates and that I can park in a covered area especially while traveling during winter months. The shuttles are always in the area so I don’t have to wait too long for pickups and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Service was great. Someone was there to pick me up at my vehicle and drop me off at the airport. When I got back, someone was waiting for me and dropped me off at the vehicle.

It was convenient and fast. I got parked and within a couple minutes the shuttle was there. When I returned from my flight, I didn’t even call. I walked out of baggage claim and the shuttle was there waiting.

Very convenient, prices are fantastic- service is wonderful.
