I got excellent service from every driver and cashier. My only issue was that it was a little confusing where to go to get the shuttle. So more signs indicating what to do and where to go might help. Or instructions in the email to wait at my car and call. But I felt that my vehicle was safe and secure and the service was great.

Normally your service is fantastic. This time when we parked February 22 to February 28. They couldn’t find my reservation which was made prior to arrival and paid for. That was the beginning of the trip when we returned our car was not ready for us then I had to go in as they were still having issues with our reservation. As I said, in the beginning the service when it was executive parking, the service was always fantastic.

The car was running and warm on my return late at night. No wait time for shuttle!

Great service and convenient.

Great service, timely shuttle. Would be helpful for pre pay if attendant let us know we still had to scan before we left. Gate was open and they had to chase us down. We had paid up front, so we thought it was ok to leave without scanning our ticket.

It’s convenient and close to midway

It was my first time doing this, I thought the rates where fare and the ladies that drove the buses where amazing and they had good customer services and very helpful with everything..
