What do you like about our services?

I was a little surprised at the building and location as I use to live in Denver and the parking service there had high ceilings and was easy to see the lot and good signage. Park 'N Fly was a little dark inside and not a big sign, so I was a bit apprehensive, BUT the service and the kindness of the employees totally changed my opinion! I also received a text he day before I picked up my car which was nice, however I had a question about being picked up so I texted the number and I just received the standard response about where to get picked up. The other parking lot services I have used had better directions and picked you up by baggage claim, so I was a bit confused about being picked up in the departures. Luckily I found the shuttle and again, the employees were all friendly and helpful, so I will be back!
