What a great service! Hope you stay available for many years. Am afraid one day may be gone like the one in Ft lauderdale airport :(

Thanks again!!

Rinh Was our driver he was very polite and help full. He called back to send another bus because he had to leave people behind. He was very fast on loading and unloading the luggage

Timely pick up at both ends.

It is easy to set up parking and easy to park. I was picked up at my terminal within ten minutes of calling. Both coming and going, your drivers were very friendly and courteous and helped me with my heavy bags.

They are quick and efficient.

Quick and courteous

Convenient distant from the airport, shuttles are always available from the Park n Fly lot and at the airport return location. Friendly and helpful drives and the prices are good. The app functionality is great also.

Service is great Proximity to airport is great and parking lot is also great

Convience

The booking process is easy, check in and out is super quick, and I can always count on getting from the parking lot to the airport within 10 minutes.

Katie was very helpful. I appreciate the notice that you sent. I would like a more precise tag for where the car is parked.
The shuttle service is excellent. I will park with you again.

Wonderful service, thank you!

My only suggestion would be to allow customers to board the transport bus as soon as they are done registering at the desk. Waiting out in the cold for the bus to come to outside waiting area was uncomfortable as it was cold.

Very convenient very fast. Nice people no no no no no no no.

Friendly, on time and easy access!

Quick and easy!

Friendly, fast,close to mdw

Both my bus drivers were very polite, helpful, and on time.

Nice people. Shuttles were ready to and from airport during stress of traveling.

The staff at the gate and the drivers are so friendly and kind. Appreciate that the shuttle is always at the baggage area...no waiting. Happy with the shuttle > terminal > shuttle > car service.
Thanks.

The lot at Midway is easy to access off the freeway, and once in, the shuttle takes you to the airport right away, I've never had to wait any length of time getting the shuttle to the airport. Which is sometimes time critical. On the way back to the lot, I sometimes have had to wait, but that is post trip, and not time critical. And they help with the bags.

Entry to parking was efficient and shuttles to and from airport were timely. Very little wait time! Courteous and friendly staff. Service improved from previous experience. Also appreciated the discount vouchers as a frequent customer.
