Customer Testimonials
Always efficient and excellent customer support
great service and helping staff
Convenient place to park car that was cheaper than the airport
Convenient; quick; Everybody is nice. When the weather is nice, I usually have my vehicle cleaned and detailed. They do an awesome job
The entire experience was friendly and efficient on both departing and returning. I always used a different company, but they closed recently, so I was very happy to find another company.
The ease of using your service
I was promptly greeted by friendly employees. When I returned, my car was running with the heater on, heated seats had been turned on, and the heated steering wheel was turned on(it was very cold outside). The staff loaded my bags into my car, into the transit, and back off the transit.
Efficient...reliable
Typically every time we use PNF everyone is very nice and friendly. This time around the guide gave an estimate as to when we’d get to the airport, dimmed the lights because it was early in the morning and was very personable. Never experienced that before like that!
Amazing customer/employee interaction from the time of arrival to drop of my vehicle to the time of my return.
I like that this parking service is very close to the airport.
Convenient, pretty quick service to and from the airport, and affordable parking altogether.
Everything! Smooth, quick, affordable!
Great efficient courteous service!
ease of getting things set up for reservations and then the pickup and drop off services.
Efficient
Fast pickup at the lot and airport. Friendly service. Clean buses. I use it every time I fly out of MSP.
GREG DAHLKE
Easy access, secure location, and a fantastic shuttle service!
Charles the driver from the airport to ParkNFly is the BEST!. I also like the ease of parking and proximity to the airport. I am HOPING to like getting money back or credited to a future stay since the need to change my flight due to impending weather by SOUTHWEST has me losing out on the days I paid to park. I returned 3/13 and not later on 3/14. PLEASE ADJUST. Name removed
Quick pick-up at both the parking facility and the airport
Great service and friendly staff.
Very smooth operation from making the reservation to dropping off the car. The shuttle was immediately available and the staff and driver were very helpful. Upon return, it was a very quick response for our pickup and easy check out of the vehicle. Would definitely use again and refer to our friends and family.
Good and efficient
Quick and friendly staff
The personnel at your MDW facility are terrific. They are friendly and helpful and make parking there a great experience.
The only negative is that the app lost my QR code when I went to exit. The lady at the gate helped me with this
Convenient, staff very friendly, easy pick up and drop off
Friendly, helpful drivers. Easy reservations.
It was convenient
Easy to book, park, get to and from airport. Helpful drivers.
I've always liked parking at Park n Fly - the staff are friendly and courteous, and the shuttles are very clean. My only complaint would be that when getting picked up from the airport, the wait times can be longer than other shuttles because only two shuttles are running at a time.
