The service was fantastic. Quick departure from the lot to the airport, quick pick-up upon our flight arrival and a nice warm vehicle waiting for us at 12:45am in 30* weather after just returning from sunny Florida! Communication was great with the texting feature, updates and reminders. Will definitely use again for either business or pleasure travel.

What do you like about our services?

This was my first time using the MIA Parking facility and it was a great experience (large covered parking for LOTS of cars), Pick up was pretty quick once we called to advise what door to be picked up from.
Both drivers, to and from the airport were courteous.
Especially liked that our car was readily available when dropped of at the lot.

What do you like about our services?

Very easy to use with easy access.

Upon return we had the nicest driver. He was very communicative and helped with all aspects of the pick up to drop off. We arrived late on a Saturday night and he was upbeat and just a great person....
I texted that we were there for pick up and in 5 minutes we were picked up...
