Ease of parking in a secure area. The pick up was prompt.

Convenient location, countable service!

Your drivers and kind. The driver on the ride to the airport was funny. On this trip we were picked up from our car and at the airport in an IDEAL timeline.

Convenient off Freeway, better price than Parking Spot, pickup driver was excellent.

Friendly fast and clean

Convenience & price

Very convenient, buses are frequent and drivers considerate. Will drop you off in front of your car!

Very organized

ease of access to shuttle and great reminders on reservation and ease of booking last minute

Shuttle drivers were very helpful. Easy to book and get in and out of lot.

Nice drivers, helpful and reliable service

Upon arrival, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Check in is quick and easy with enough time for a bathroom stop, but no delay because the shuttle is waiting and warm. At our return, a simple text has a shuttle waiting outside baggage claim with a welcome and friendly service. Rinh was there with a smile and helping hand. To top it off, our car was waiting, running and warm. Outstanding service. Thank you!

Very Convenient. A lot closer walk to shuttle than O’Hare. Plus shuttle was already there waiting when we arrived. I’ll definitely use them again.

Valet option - fast + easy

Easy, fast service !

Easy to park, easy text to pick up & competitive prices!

Easy to navigate all areas of the app, parking, drop off, and also pickup!!! Professional drivers with great attitudes!!!

That my car is waiting for me when I get off the bus

Parking is always easy and transport is quick

Outgoing was bumpier than usual. It was 4:00 in the morning but the shuttle was delayed, driver late, exit blocked.

Park n Fly provides premier access to the airport at a very reasonable rate. The shuttles are continuously in circulation resulting in a very short wait time at the shuttle stop. 100% will continue my business with Park n Fly going forward.

We had a great experience with park and fly. Easy in and out, great service and reasonable price

Fast, friendly, super convenient. We are very happy with your service!

Pick up and drop off at car and doors at airport. Drivers have always been very friendly.

Employee’s are friendly and professional.

Easy to make reservations, prompt pickups, clean van.

The service we received was wonderful - we had back to back trips and the agents at the park n fly were wonderful helping us with luggage - could not recommend them enough - I am a travel agent and will certainly use you again and recommend to others.

Thanks for great service.
