Prompt, professional, timely. Have never had a problem with Park 'N FLy.

The valet service is nice and our car is always ready when we return. I will say that the last several time I have parked there the shuttle has taken a long time to pickup from the airport upon my return. The last 2 times I waited 15-20 minutes for a shuttle whereas the other providers had shuttles coming at least every 5 minutes.

Close to the airport, easy in and out

This was our first time using this service. We did t know where to go for the valet parking. Google maps took us to general parking. We boarded the shuttle and the man who helped us noticed we parked in the wrong spot as we were in the way to the airport. He was kind enough to have our vehicle moved to the correct area and sent me the ticket numbers to my cell phone. I wish I new his name because he deserves recognition for his great customer service. He is one of the main reasons we would be use this service again.
The gentleman who picked us up was great as well. Very friendly and helpful.
As a small business owner I would enjoy having these men part of a business where customer service is valued.

Entering the facility was very easy and dropping off the vehicle was even better. The bus was very fast and getting back was easy as well.

We love the quick delivery to the airport, the pick-up always seems a bit of an issue though. There are always many people waiting for Park N Fly, it seems the shuttles from other lots come at least a 2 or 3 to 1 ratio compared to park n fly.
