Easy to find, easy to get back on the freeway, two good parking related elements. I had reserved an outside spot but the lot was full so I was offered valet parking! When we returned home, the van picked us up at SFO quickly (in the cold!) and dropped us at the valet spot 15' from our car. Great service!!

As a first time customer I wanted tell you how pleased I was with my experience with Park N’ Fly. From the quick and easy online booking process to the welcoming faces as I entered the lot to the friendly shuttle driver everything went off without a hitch. Both the shuttle to the airport as well as the shuttle back were there to pick me up within minutes. Look forward to using your company again.

Customer service was GREAT. The only thing that was diffficult was the direction by text to where the pickup was at the airport. It was not clear. No reflection on the great customer service.

Fast pick up to and from airport. Liked the text notification for both departure and arrival with link to the bar code. However, barcode did not scan easily and a printed copy was more effective. Also a recommendation that earlier in text message string to mention the silver parking lot as the pickup point on return. Thanks much.
