What do you like about our services?

Generally excellent service. Just a little disappointed the length of time to be picked up at the airport. Other services had buses waiting during what I think is a busy time (mid afternoon).

What do you like about our services?

Amber Lawrence checked me in when I arrived, she made check in seemless. Anna brought us to and from the airport. When I arrived back my truck was pulled up warm and ready to go. Both Amber and Anna were so friendly and professional I definitely will be recommending Park and fly to my friends and family.

What do you like about our services?

When we pulled in to check in, we were met immediately by an agent. I showed the QR code, and immediately went to the self park. The shuttle pulled up as we were taking our luggage out of the car, and the driver dropped us off at the door. We need to go to at the airport.

On our return, the shuttle was waiting as we exited the baggage claim and took us right back to our car. All of the agents with whom we had contact with very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use your services again and tell my friends about Park ‘n Fly. Thank you all for such excellent service. Travel can be stressful, especially after 20 hours of flying, what, using Park ‘n Fly took some of the stress off.

The driver's to and from the airport were prompt and helpful. They assisted in getting our bags on and off the bus. The woman at about 1:15AM on March 20 even offered to load them in our car...we declined but the offer was still greatly appreciated.
