I always use Park n Fly when traveling out of any airport. Service is great. I seem to have trouble getting in and out of the lots using the assigned bar codes, but an attendant is right there to help me. I like being able to make my reservation on line.

Very convenient!!!! Very courteous staff - everyone was just wonderful! My first time to use on the recommendation of my husband, and will definitely be using again. Picked up right from my car and dropped off at my airline terminal. Return was just as convenient. Van was at the airport- absolutely no wait time. I used the website for online reservations. Everything. I wish I had found you guys sooner. I had always expected airport parking to be expensive and latent with fees and hassle, but it was the exact opposite. My driver, Cesar(Midway Chicago location) was very courteous, he lifted our bags to and from the van, and trust me, my wife's bag weighed a ton. Greatly appreciate the good service. I will be recommending to friends and coworkers. Thanks!

The lights in our truck were on and my husband dropped his phone….a bad morning! Our driver volunteered to take our keys and fix the situation. She did exactly that. She dropped us at the airport and went back, got the lights out and found the phone. We are forever grateful…..Thank you, Cheryl ( I think that is her name…we were pretty flustered!) It was definitely service with a smile!

I felt cared for. I felt important. You had staff pointing me to the correct part of the parking lot so that I didn't have to waste time driving around. My shuttle driver pulled in right behind me - before I even had time to get my suitcase out! All around, just a great experience. I'll be back!
