Quick and convenient

Easy, efficient, nice staff!

Fast service all around, i.e., pick up at our car, drive to the airport, pick up at the airport and drop off at our car. Plus helpful staff to get the reader to read our code AND tell us where spots were available. Will most definitely use PNF again and will recommend it to everyone!

As long as I make the reservation in a timely manner I always get a spot. I frequently fly at very late hours of the night or very early in the morning and there is always someone at the booths to help, as well as drivers for the shuttles. The shuttle bus drivers are honestly amazing. I feel that it is difficult these days to come by employees who are genuinely kind and the shuttle drivers are always extremely helpful. From picking us up quickly , loading our luggage, driving over to midway, and coming very quickly once you’ve returned home to the pick up spot at the airport. Traveling is very stressful so I’m always so grateful to the staff and employees of midway park-n-fly for at least making the parking part of travel so smooth! Thank you

Convenience of parking near airport and quick access to get there at a decent price

It was easy to enter and park my vehicle. We were picked up promptly and taken to the airport. We used the app to be pickup up at the airport and only had a short wait until we were picked up and returned to the vehicle. The location in MSP is great for getting back on the interstate and on our way home

Quick and easy to use online reservation

Staff go out of their way to help you when arriving, assist with luggage and are always kind and professional. I like that we get off the bus transfer first and the car is close and easy to get to for the valet service.

Shuttle picked us up as soon as we parked the car when we arrived and also when we returned.
The shuttle driver who picked us up when we arrived was not friendly to any one in the shuttle.
This is the first time I did not tip the driver and no one else did.

Fast, convenient, low prices and indoor parking. And not to mention the drivers are very professional, polite and accommodating.

My car needed to be jumped when I returned and they were there in great time and a huge help, let us warm up on their bus while they jumped my car

Shuttle driver was right there as we parked to take our bags and take us to the airport. They also have an awesome text feature to have them come pick you up on return! Will 100% use again!
