Your parking attendants and drivers are very helpful. They make our parking and pickup experience easier. Didn’t wait in the rain that long for the pickup shuttle to arrive. Will definitely use Park n Fly again.

What do you like about our services?

Park and fly is a wonderful service when you have to travel from Cleveland airport. At the airport, the parking is usually full and this is the best most convenient and most affordable alternative! And you just pull up to the gate, they know that you’re there, pick you up very promptly, and offer to help you with your luggage and off you go to the airport. Also, you can just reserve online and pay it via your credit card. As a person with special needs, friendly drivers continuously offer their services to help you out both at the airport and upon your pick up! I would highly recommend park and fly to anyone flying out of the airport.

Pick up and drop off directly to and from your car to the airport. Not a very long wait for shuttle service.

What do you like about our services?

The driver was so helpful-he lifted my suitcase in and out of the van for me. I am 74 and find it hard to lift things now. He also dropped me off at the TSA pre check location so I did not have to walk the distance of 10 gates. I never have to wait long for a van when I return and the folks in the office always offer me water for the ride home. Overall, it is a wonderful experience.

What do you like about our services?

The location of the facility was very easy to get to. The services were seamless and the drive to the airport was only minutes away. On return, the pick-up shuttle only took a few minutes and through the valet service I was able to hop into my car without feeling the stress a traveling day typically entails.

What do you like about our services?

Hello! I like everything about Park 'n Fly, except that you have to pay in advance. So often travel plans change and it just makes it complicated with a business account/school that I work for.
