Customer Testimonials
On time, organize, friendly helpers
Nice building, great service, reasonable charges and good people.
Much cheaper than parking onsite at the airport, very prompt in getting to your car and picking you up. Helpful with bags and easy to use.
Everything! Quick pick up & drop off.
What I like the most is the ease of use of your service.
Parking location, online presence, friendly staff, frequent pick ups from the airport, well coordinated service. Really great experience. Well done Park and Fly Miami !
Price, availability, efficiency
Efficient process, good communication on scanning Q Code, etc.
Everything! So easy to use your service, from the reservation to the courteous cashier! The drivers were very friendly, professional, and helpful! The timely manner in which they were notified. They were there in a minute to take me from my car to the airport, and from the airport to my car upon my return. They helped me with my luggage and were very kind and courteous.
I will never park anywhere else when traveling from Phila airport! Great experience. I have already told many friends about it! Thank you for making my trip easier!
You went above and beyond helping me get my car going and kindly letting me use your phones. Thank you the fast service and timely shuttle back and forth to the yard.
Very friendly drivers & they are also very helpful.
Convenient , reasonable price , easy reservation system
A bit disappointed that the driver did not assist with luggage
This trip was the best service we have ever received in the many times we have used your company. Very quick pickups with very helpful drivers.
Very convenient, can do ahead of time
Friendly drivers that pick you up and drop you off right at your car
Good service overall. Sometimes a little slow with late-night shuttle pickups but overall no problem.
This was by far, the easiest part of my trip! Thank you!
Everyone was very professional and friendly. Shuttle came and picked us up very fast and when we got to the parking our car was ready for us.
The only issue was, as entering the parking lot, the attendant acted like a fool,
telling us to slow down because we were going to fast and could run through the
lowered arm. And repeatedly said that....we were in no way driving fast!! She
acted very ridiculous.
Exiting the parking lot, the attendant was very pleasant as well as both drivers!
Picks me up at my car, fairly frequent shuttles back
Price and service are excellent!
Making the reservation was incredibly easy arriving parking. The pick up was right there. Great time to get us to the airport. When came out of the airport on our return trip. The shadow was waiting for us. We were picked up. Take back to our car and record time awesome experience. Thank you so much.
workers were friendly and helpful
Friendly staff. Effortless parking and very efficient service!!
How it is so easy to make a reservation online. What I really like is how the car is waiting for me upon return, running. Makes a bigger difference in the winter, but still is nice.
Online booking is easy to do. I have used it for over 15 years
Your vans seem to always arrive for drop off or pick so often. Courteous and helpful drivers and you parking lot is so close to MSP! And we like that covered parking is available!
That they meet you at your car and help with luggage.
Quick to get to the airport and running car when I return
Easy to use program. Shuttle drivers friendly and helpful!
Convenience and friendly, helpful staff
