Services when we arrived were very good. The attendant helped us get our luggage out of the car's trunk and into the airport shuttle. Pickup from Miami airport was quick after I texted ticket number and location. Car was ready for us. Driver loaded our luggage at the airport pickup location, he unloaded our luggage onto island in garage away from where our car was waiting for us, however no one offered to help us with loading our luggage into the car's trunk. Overall the service was very good and quick.
