I like how close the parking is to the airport and the shuttles seem to pick you up fairly fast. The prepaid discounts are great too.

Easy to self park. Usually fast service. One thing that confused me was that on the back of the card with my space number it said to wait in front of door 3, but the pickup is actually in front of door 4. You also should be more prepared when you know multiple flights are arriving at the same time, especially at night.

We use your services so so much. This last time I really got upset when I wanted to use my free day. I called the Midway Chicago facility and the man told me the voucher is only for 1 hour of use. I knew it was for a free day but he insisted 1 hour. My code wasn't working that is why I called.

It was easy to reserve a parking spot. Pickup from/to our car and Terminal 1 at MSP was quick .
