Customer Testimonials
Park and Fly made it very easy to check the car using the valet Service which we reserved in advance. I want to especially complement the driver who not only helped us with our bags but wheeled them to the Red Cap at the United counter. I didn't get his name but it was around 11am on the morning of March 23rd. The return was also made very easy by simply texting a number and giving Park and Fly our receipt #. I would highly recommend Park and Fly
Very efficient. Nice people.
Convenience. Good response time with shuttles (not a lot of waiting)
Prompt, friendly service.
Helpful employees and prompt painless pickup at both end of our trip.
The bus picking me up in the parking lot is typically right there to pick me up at my car and quickly gets me to the airport. The driver is helpful with my luggage which i appreciate since many times I have two pieces including a ski bag.
Pick up at he airport is reasonable considering to limited loitering times and return to my car is quick.
The scanning on my prepaid reservation typically works well but on entry if it is raining the scanning can be a problem. A cover over the scanning device would certainly help.
Quick, convenient and always courteous!
Friendly.

Great service. Prompt. Polite drivers. Makes air travel a more pleasant experience.
Park and Fly is a very efficient parking option with courteous, friendly staff. I am a regular customer when I travel.
Easy in, quick pick up, friendly and convenient
I like that I usually get picked up within a few minutes.
The service worked very well but there was confusion on where to go or how to resolve the reservation and prepaid status when leaving. I paid for covered self parking which was basically completely full and I had to park at almost the highest level which was much more exposed than I'd hoped for what I paid. There were no signs telling us what to do after parking, luckily a shuttle came by our car while still being luggage out too pick us up. When leaving there were no signs saying were to go for prepaid online reservations until we had pulled up to the 1 window that had a person working. That window said that's were prepaid goes but you have to already be at an exit row before seeing that. Overall I felt like my car was reasonably safe, shuttles run frequently, and the pay rate is competitive. I wish there was more information given when a reservation is made and direction signs within the parking structure to guide a first time or infrequent parker on where to go and what to do.
Fast services & Professional staff.
Your team stepped up to assist me while I was in a crunch for time. My license fell out of my bag in my car between the car seat and console at Park N Fly lot. I did not discover it was missing until I reached the airport security check in. Once I explained the situation to your driver, she safely but quickly took me back to my car to retrieve my license and back to the terminal. She was very understanding to my situation and did all she could to help me. I am forever grateful as my boss was waiting for me on the plane. It would have reflected badly on me to miss the flight. I made it on the flight just in time. I am truly thankful. Thank you Park N Fly team!!!!!
