You now have an app so it is easy to book, see where the shuttles are and call the shuttle. Also, the shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful. My driver even put our bags in our car.

You are picked up right at your vehicle and dropped off at your vehicle. The drivers are very professional and courteous. I liked being able to text when my flight landed and being picked up shortly after.

Usually very reliable, and a friendly staff. Our only complaint was for service on the morning of 3/25. We arrived @ 4:55am in preferred ramp parking. We quickly found a spot on the way to the second level. We waited for a shuttle to come by and pick us up. The first shuttle came by, stopped to say they were full but that another shuttle would be along shortly. 3 more shuttles passed by us in the next 30 minutes, each saying they were full but another would be on the way. We called the office, to be told it was busy due to spring break. We understood that, but to wait for close to 30 minutes for a shuttle to finally be able to pick up our party of 3 we feel is unreasonable. The 4 shuttles that passed by us all came from the outside, so they had picked up people from the flat, uncovered area--your least expensive offering. We had a reservation so it was known when we were to arrive. We would've chosen 'valet' but it was full when we made reservation over a month before our travel date. We understand 'busy' but to have a loyal/preferred customer wait 30 minutes seems to be out of the ordinary and unacceptable. Thankfully, all in our party had TSA PreCheck, as the 30 minute delay in picking us up certainly took away from the 'cushion' we had planned due to spring break travel. Of course we will continue to be a loyal customer. We just hope we never have an experience like this one again.
