Using Park 'N Fly is so convenient and economical. No traffic to worry about and we're quickly shuttled to the airport. My favorite part is that when we return we send a text and are picked up quickly and brought to our waiting car.

Every time I fly I always use your parking. I love that you now have self parking and the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your vehicle. The first time I used it I had to take a picture of the QR code from my email but now it’s more convenient to receive a text with the code in it.

Besides prompt, friendly, and informative service, the staff (Tonya) went above and beyond to help with our troubled car upon our return at 1:30am in wintry, cold Minnesota. We had a dead car battery, which the staff were readily willing and able to help jump start. Then we had a stuck electronic parking brake issue that had an uncertain resolution. They offered us warmth and a place to remain covered/protected from the elements, water bottles as needed, and willingness to connect us with their maintenance staff when they arrived at 6am.

your drivers are pretty darn good. my luggage was not light and he even offered to put it in my car. I feel that is above the call of duty. They were a little slow going to the terminal but not bad. but made up for that when he offer to help me load.

It's easy to find and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that the shuttle picks you up at your car and makes it very easy and fast to get from your parking lot to drop off at the airport.
