The shuttles came regularly, there wasnt much of a wait time. Drivers were nice.
Ease of scheduling and payment
Drivers are very nice. The only downside was that a Frontier flight was cancelled and all those people came back at the same a couple flights came in so we waited 20 minutes in the freezing cold for a shuttle. 2 shuttles came and went before we could get on one. Not anyone’s fault, but it was frustrating at 1:00am.

Everyone is so friendly! Our driver with no questions asked came right to us grabbed our luggage and offered us water before and after we came back. They really make you feel like the customer is their number one priority! Way to go!

The driver who picked us up at 1:00 am was amazing. He was courteous and funny and really made a less than ideal situation as good as it could be.
The shuttles are frequent. The drivers are friendly. The location is close to the airport. When my battery was dead, a staff member came to "jump start" my car. Check in and check out are secure and simple procedures.
