I like that I can park my car indoors or outside According to how I feel the weather will get when I am gone. I appreciate the driver of the shuttle assisting in getting my suitcases loaded and unloaded! I appreciate the prompt service of pickup and dropoff.

We were very pleased with our Park N Fly experience and especially happy that we were told we wouldn't have to pay the additional $49.81 due to our flight cancellation from the storm 3/31-4/1. Not only did we get stranded for extra days (when we wanted to be home) but, then we got home and got a charge of $49.81 in an e.mail. What a bummer!

It was very easy in and out. I normally fly out of Boston but since the parking is a lot easier will start to look at Harford more. The driver was great, grab our bags helped us on and off the bus. (Patrick) Then I accidently left my window open and I was informed Jose' shrink wrapped my door so water would not go in. And it rained that week. Please thank him for me! That was extremely though full.

Friendly staff

We have used their service twice so far. The transportation to and from airport was smooth and quick. We didn’t have to wait to be picked up! Overall we are very happy with them and will use it anytime when we need to park at the Atlanta airport.

Super easy and extremely helpful staff. Van was waiting when we walked up to airport curb, took us right to our car, and off we went. Driver helped with bags at both ends. Perfect.
