We have almost always had a pleasant experience with all the staff at Park'N Fly. This time our shuttle driver Patrick F. was so wonderful and jovial and entertaining it made the ride to our car most enjoyable ! And when we got to our car Al had met our request and had our car ready with the heat on so my wife was cozy when we got in ! Thanks to them both for such a wonderful experience !

I have always had a great experience with Park N Fly.... The shuttles are super efficient and the drivers are friendly and professional. It's always a pleasure pulling in, quick scan of the confirmation and the attendants welcome you and let you know exactly which isle to park in. Most drivers also remind you to be sure to have your keys, phone and boarding pass. Thank you Park N Fly for your service!

The service was amazing I had no issues getting to and from the airport upon departure and return. The drivers were all very courteous and I would highly recommend. The distance was also very close to the airport!

The wait time for the bus for pickup after an extremely long travel day was almost non existent and our car was waiting for us at the valet spot by the time we returned to their site.
It was perfect!

Always a great option if a space is reserved. Pick up and drop off at my vehicle is always appreciated.

Side note - I had the pleasure of meeting a newer driver that worked on Monday,4/17. I didn't catch her name, but she said she worked at the Oakland location back in 1992. She had such a great attitude. Makes traveling a better!

Friendly drivers. Good service. Decent pricing. The only complaint was not being able to exit the parking facility at the end of the stay. The scanner did not recognize my credit card and I only had my receipt as proof of my stay. That was not enough for the attendant to open the gate so I could leave. I was instructed to back up and go out of the "enter" lane to exit. I later found the QR code in my app just to be certain it was there, but at the end of a long day of travel, the last thing I wanted was to have problems getting out of the parking garage.

My husband and I have used Park N Fly three times and we have been extremely satisfied. The shuttle service is excellent along with friendly drivers. We will continue to use Park N Fly. Keep up the great service!!
