Your bus drivers are very courteous, the bus is available for the most part fairly quickly at the airport pick up. I like the app and reservation process. In these times of severe manpower shortage, your service is truly commendable. I do appreciate the loyalty points for stay.
One suggestion for improvement:
Recently I cannot transfer the reservation to Apple wallet. Will be good if you can fix that.

Only complaint is I wish the spaces were a few inches wider or they had spaces specifically for larger vehicles, even with an additional charge.
Never met an impatient, owly or discourtious person affiliated with your service. You have taken the hassle out of the worst part of the Midway experience.

Very convenient pick up and drop off right at our car. The lot was full when we arrived so we left the key in our car and it was parked in a space that was freed up after we left. The shuttle bus drivers were very friendly. Will definitely use Park N Fly again when we fly out of Cleveland Hopkins. Price was also very reasonable. This was my very first time using long term parking anywhere, couldn’t be happier with how easy the whole process works. Thank you!

I actually rarely ever leave reviews but we have used park and fly now for the last ten years at least four times a year.
We actually made a last minute reservation and found out that you were full and used another service and we were hugely disappointed .
so this time when we did another parking fly with you, We were very impressed you had a driver named Air, that was absolutely marvelous! As are all your staff. You're always so quick ,always on time ,even if we're running late. We know we're not gonna ever lose our flight because you guys !
