Very easy booking, easy to check in with QR code on email and text, text upon arrival to get picked up with same QR code to leave. The lot is very close to the Phila. Airport. I left my purse in the car when departing, and it didn’t take long to return and retrieve it. All in all, a top notch experience.

Very efficient service
I've been a PNF Plus customer for many years and that's because of the outstanding customer they provide. The place is clean and well maintained, buses get to you minutes (sometimes seconds!) after you park and get you to/from the airport in a safe and efficient manner. Hats off to the staff at PNF Plus!
Great drivers and customer service
Being a "technology challenged" senior citizen, I couldn't pull up the qr code when we left the parking garage. The wonderful attendant at the booth not only helped us out but went above and beyond by offering us water for our long drive home. I wish I could remember her name. We left on 4/20/23 at 8:30 pm from the covered parking garage. Please give her our deepest thanks!
How quickly we are picked up at our car and how helpful the drivers are.
My wife and I travel a couple times a year and Park 'N Fly has become our preferred way to get to and from MSP. Pick up and drop off right at our vehicle and vehicle is more secure vs leaving it at a hotel. Frequent shuttles so very little time waiting.
