Always great service. But when we arrived home April 20, around 5 PM our driver , Mikeal(sp?) Ellis was over the top! He was sweet to the babies, told us jokes and ended up the ride with a very sweet rap about love. I actually wanted to keep riding the bus! Park DIA has walkways provided a very good service, but Mikeal was truly amazing. The entire bus was having a great time. Kudos to him! What a great welcome home for us! I will never forget that experience!

The immediate service from the shuttles both to and from the airport. Have used Park N Fly off Conley. They would have prompt shuttle service when you arrived at the lot. However when returning to Hartsfield , it would take a long time to get a shuttle to show up at the airport and trying to call one from the app would usually have an error message. Have used Park N Fly Plus several times now and have prompt shuttle service both to and from the airport. Very pleased with the service.
It was the best parking experience I’ve had when using an off airport parking facility. Very efficient and loved the inside parking. Have my car ready and waiting for me after getting off your shuttle is top notch.

The low price for parking. The friendly staff. Easy to use. You show up to facility, you park, they pick you up, they drop you off at your terminal, you text them when you return, they show up within a few minutesand return you to you vehicle. Can't get any easier than that.
