The service was excellent! We pulled into the lot and a bus followed us to our self parking spot, no waiting or walking. On return, the bus was there in a matter of a couple minutes. Drivers were very helpful and courteous. We were very relieved when we got back to find our almost brand new vehicle was safe and secure. We don’t fly much at all so this experience with SFO Park & Fly made our trip even better!!!

Nice clean facility that seemed safe. Absolutely everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Shuttles were quick and took us to our car. And the QR code in and out was so much better than dealing with credit cards or trying to find pay stations. Only suggestion is to be more clear about EV Charging on your website. (And maybe in non-valet parking, just offer some outlets to plug our own chargers into. If we're gone for a few days, even a regular 110v wall outlet would top off the car and only cost you maybe $5 - $10 in electricity.) I'd pay an extra $25 to avoid a charging stop on the way home.
