This was the first time we used Park N Fly. It was very easy to schedule, drop off and pick up our car. The shuttle bus was there as soon as we left the airport terminal and our car was ready when we arrived (we did the valet service). We will definitely use them again. Thanks.

We have used this service many times and we will never use another one! Drop offs are always quick and easy, and pick ups are seem less. The drivers are fantastic! Rinh was an exceptional driver. He was very helpful.
Had some issues with pick up late last night. One of your vans flew through the airport pick up without stopping which resulted in us waiting over 25 minutes for another bus. This happened about 2am. We asked the 3rd PNF plus van to radio over. We saw 3 Wally Park, several parking spots and the green van a couple times but no Park N Fly.
