Always prompt, courteous, no hassle service. Your phone texts make it easy instead of carrying a bunch of paperwork. which i usually misplace.
We have used Park ‘n Fly (formerly Executive) frequently for over 15 years and have always had fabulous service. Check-in is prompt and efficient, shuttle drivers are courteous and helpful, and pick-up is prompt and reliable. In winter weather, cars are queued out front, cleaned of snow, with heaters running by the time the shuttle returns. Desk reps are always pleasant, often dealing with anxious travelers.
I had questions about check out. The station wasn’t manned at midnight and I was confused. But I found the phone button and the person was very patient and helpful!
