Fast and efficient and friendly!!

The lady at the gate upon our arrival was fast and very nice and had a great smile. Our drop off driver was friendly and gave us clear easy instructions on what to do upon our return. The young man at the gate saw we were having trouble with the sun allowing us to scan out and ran right over to help.

The bus driver on the way back from the airport was incredible! Very helpful to everyone. The bus number was 338 I believe his name is Chris H. I wasn’t sure. He helped everyone with the luggages, and he was very polite. Thanks to him. He deserves a raise or extra day off. Pick up time was around 7:20 pm. on May 7, 2023.

Recently tried Park N Fly Plus. My wife and I traveled out west for 10 days. I became dissatisfied with my old off-airport parking provider because of their lousy service.
Park N Fly Plus provided great service (helped load and unload bags) and provided prompt pickup.

Yes, we have to wait 10 minutes to be picked up with our bags, but it is so worth it. You can wait 20 minutes just getting out of the Miami Parking lot and paying a whole lot more.

I have used Park n fly for over 20 years. I think it's great ! Drop off and pickup is fast and easy. I have never had anything taken from my car. What more could you want ? I always tip my driver and Valet they are always grateful.
