The convenience, the quick transports to airport. The pickups could be a little more frequent.

Easy and convenient. But the driver Roxanne was her name I believe was very rude. I walked out of the terminal and she was right there with the doors open so I got on and she made it very clear that I did not go to the right spot to wait on the shuttle.
Then when she dropped us off she mumbled her disappointment that she did not get a tip. Even though she never got up from her seat to help with luggage or anything.

The car kept in a covered garage was a big plus. The shuttle service was good. Attendants and shuttle driver were all courteous, and professional. Shuttle was clean, quick and accommodating.

Attendants were courteous and professional. Service was prompt!! Quick ride to the airport and pick-up from. Valet parking during a rainstorm was great.

Convenience and service.
However, on more than one occasion the scanner was not working, which caused a long line to exit.

It was simple, fast and easy. Loved the covered parking. pick up and drop off was easy and quick. Drivers were helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again.

Convenient indoor parking. Easy transfer to the terminal. My only constructive feedback is that often the drivers try to rush you onto the shuttle or take your bags before you are ready. Sometimes I need a few minutes to gather and organize my items before getting on the shuttle.
