It's very easy to book online and the drivers of the shuttles are friendly and helpful with luggage.

Upon arrival a bus was making its rounds. However there were no parking spots up front so we proceeded to catch up with the bus so we could park the car and get on the bus. The clerk was kind enough to call the bus so he didn’t leave without us, and he directed us to a parking spot and we parked and he loaded our suitcases onto the bus.
This teamwork gave us such a good feeling that our trip was headed in the right direction.

Coming back home on Saturday we met Kenneth (the driver) who was waiting on us to go back to pick up our car. He was very patient. We were the first ones to get on. Even tho the Airline had put our luggage on the wrong carousel and we were delayed a little he was patiently waiting. Then three other ladies came out after we did and he patiently waited for them. We were all loaded and he took all of us to our cars. You have some great customer service reps and even greater drivers. Thank You!!!

Always picked up right away after we park. Usually don't wait long at airport to be picked up. Drivers always very courteous and friendly. My car has never been broken into or damaged while parked there.
