Great service always on time easy check in & out
It was easy to purchase online prior to arrival. Getting into the lot gave us a sense of security as Reeka laid it all out for us with clear instructions. Being picked up right at our parking spot was amazing! We had a lot of luggage as I was bringing suitcases for my parent's as well. The driver was helpful and didn't make a big deal about 4 full-sized suitcases to load. We were dropped off at the airport quickly. Pick up was just as easy and the driver even met us inside to help with bags. Drop-off directly at the car as well as the easy exit all made this a great experience!

The lady who picked us up on May 6 at 3:00 a.m. was very friendly and made our trip to the MSP airport fun. She also insisted on helping with our luggage. The gentleman who took us back to our vehicle from the airport was friendly but not overly helpful.
It was effortless getting to and from the airport. Rates are fair, and extending time was also easy

It's good but not always consistent. Most times when I park a shuttle arrives within a 2 minutes. However there have been a few times when I have had to wait or even call the main number to get someone to pick me up. And what's frustrating is that I see buses waiting for drivers.
