I have been using you guys for a lot of years. I have to say that your employees have always been very courteous. I have tried others prior to finding you guys many years ago and the major difference was the employees understanding of customer experience.

Need better monitoring of platinum parking spots. If everyone parked there was truly a platinum, then more spots should be added because I had to park in normal parking. If this happens then need to be able to let driver know that I'm platinum member and should be dropped off first.

Super fast pick up
Location is convenient. Shuttle service has improved. The app needs some work. It's slow, clunky and for the last two times, my QR code for my reservation disappeared upon my return and I could not scan out of the ramp. Had to see a cashier which is a little inconvenient.
