Why are you still charging for a Fuel Surcharge? Fuel costs are back pre-COVID levels. This is now just corporate greed and theft. Why is the cost $1.50 per reservation for the fuel surcharge? It does not cost $1.50 in fuel to drive me to and from the MIA airport.

Very much appreciate that I don't have to wait for rides to the airport or from the airport. Once again, I walked out of the airport after returning from my trip to Dallas and the Park & Fly bus is there. How great it is to not have to wait. EXCELLENT service!! GREAT JOB!

Are use valet. It’s very simple and easy. Your car is ready for you. As soon as you get off the bus, it cost a little more but it is well worth it.

The drivers are always on time and very pleasant and professional.
PNF needs to upgrade their bar reader. it's almost impossible to get it to read either on a print out, or on ones phone. I always try and to to the check out booth where there is an employee. Very frustrating
