The whole process went smoothly from booking to finding a parking spot to shuttle service and checkout. The cherry on top is the free car wash. That said, what most sticks out to me is the friendliness of the shuttle driver Charles, such a friendly human being. Finally, the service was a great value for the price we paid.

The drivers I’ve had the last 4 times have been super nice! The first time I came in the airport garages were closed and I didn’t know it was reservation only. I wish I got her name but an extremely nice woman accommodated me and said she’d let me in! Also the service is extremely prompt.
Convenience and price
Park n Fly is only minutes away from the Oakland International Airport. The location and convenience in proximately is awesome. The app is simple to use and the staff helpful. There is always a shuttle waiting to pick you up where you park your vehicle and the driver is willing to assist you with your luggage. I recommend this park lot to everyone.
