Even though I got the park and fly and the park and fly plus parking lots confused, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. They drove me back to the correct one I was supposed to go to. I suppose my only complaint is either I could have follow the directions better or they could have provided directions better, lol.

It’s my go to service when I fly out of Oakland. The shuttle service is clean and reliable. The shuttle drivers are helpful and pleasant. As I left after a long day of flying the gentleman in the booth gave me a bottle of cold water which I really appreciated. It felt above and beyond.

Very convenient and reliable service. Their rates are affordable if you're looking to park your park when going to the airport and I like how the shuttle takes you right to your car when you arrive back.
