Shuttle wait times have improved back to pre-covid times. Shuttles are waiting when I park my car, which is greatly appreciated. Minimal waits on pick up at the airport. The downside is daily rates have increased significantly. I hope the balance between service and price is kept affordable.

I enjoy the hassle free experience when using ParkDIA! Stressing about a ride to and from the airport has always been such a burden. Knowing that I can park and shuttle to the airport has provided such relief during an already hectic time of travel!

The last time we used the facility, we came home in a driving rain storm to a car with a dead battery. There was a wonderful young man in a red truck I believe, that jumped our car. We so appreciated having someone there to help.
I do wonder though, if we had a flat tire, would there be someone to help change that?

The app is great...super easy to book a reservation. Super easy to use going in and out of the lot. I never wait more than a couple minutes for a shuttle, and usually it's not even that long.
