We've always had a great experience with ParkDIA. The only time we've ever waited is for the bus after picking up our luggage, (and we have 6 in our traveling party!) but there's usually another bus making the turn shortly. It's convenient, it's friendly... we will always use ParkDIA!

I like that I can get a discount code that makes parking there less expensive than anywhere else near the airport. Shuttles have been easy to catch both ways.

I like the cleanliness of the facilities and the courtesy of staff. Usually, pick up at the airport is prompt, but this last trip it took a while. Perhaps it was because it was a late night flight.
