We were late for our plane. Told the driver who confirmed there were enough shuttles to pick up other people and he took us straight to the terminal. Very impressed!

Handicap parking, frequent shuttles to terminal, kindly and helpful shuttle drivers, willingness of lot staff to help, as when I had a flat tire when I returned home. Reasonable pricing.

Very close to terminal, most shuttle drivers are good about helping you on and off with your luggage, and lots of shuttles roaming the parking lot so you never have to wait long for a ride to the terminal.

Easy in/out. Staff at booth gate always friendly.
I would like to see less wait time for shuttles at both lot and airport. Perhaps that is a staffing availability issue.

All employees provide extreme personal care & attention when entering or exiting the parking facility. Transport to/from the terminal was expeditious! The lot feels very secure. Enjoy the fair pricing & the nice promotional discounts provided for my return business.
