prompt and easy to use

At our return, we weren’t sure where the meeting point was for pick up. It would be helpful if that was sent with the first text message instead of in a subsequent one. We had to truck it to the meeting point with luggage’s and two kids and the bus driver almost went right past us.

I was skeptical about using their service after reading some of the negative reviews, but all proved wrong.
The service was terrific. Easy to access , just off the highway. The lady at the front was so nice, and let us use the toilet. Parked and got picked up by the shuttle. On the way back, I walked to the orange post where you get picked up. Was only a 200 feet walk. There was a shuttle waiting to pick up. You have to call them if it’s not there but they can get there in no time. I also think that the airport was not busy on a Friday evening. May be I got lucky. The shuttle dropped me off in front of my car, helped me off load my bags. Note that I was with my mother and it’s difficult for her to walk and get on and off the bus. The staff was very courteous and had the patience! Am sold and will surely use their services again! Price was also competitive ! Site is secured

Prompt pick up

It was very easy to reserve online. The drivers were very helpful getting our suitcases on the van. We did not have to wait on either end for a van. Thank you for doing such a great job.

It was great that someone was there to pick us up and the ticket system to bring us to our car was great. The car to car service is awesome. The guy at the cashier was very friendly.

Only suggestion: make sure driver that gives you ticket when your getting ride to airport tells us how important it is to your return.
