I have an idea for you guys.. have a spot in the center of the parking lot where its your next stop after indoors. people can jump off the shuttle from there and walk to their car wherever it might be.. next stop would be for people that want dropped off at their car.. might save you and customers time when they return from a trip..

It was very easy to set up a reservation. The shuttle arrived within 30 seconds of us pulling in to the lot on arrival and the same once we returned to the airport and texted 'Come get me.' It was an easy checkout. I was extremely impressed and would absolutely recommend and use Park 'n Fly again at the Oakland Airport or anywhere it is offered!
