Everything good just didn't get a card when I got dropped off Tuesday morning at airport so had no number to call when I landed Thursday afternoon had to wait in front of terminal D until a vehicle came.
I like the fast pick up and vehicle drop off. I also like the ease of booking online and just scanning a code. However, with increased international travel needs I highly recommend you find a way to resume international terminal pick up.
We love parking here because we feel safe, all the employees are so friendly and the shuttle is so prompt

The service was great. I waited a short time to be picked up when i parked. When i arrive back, it was raining and the driver was very courteous and parked as close to the customers vehicles as possible. She helped everyone with their luggage even putting mine in my vehicle.

It's easy with the color coded letters for each aisle of parking. The shuttles are always right there to pick you up with no waiting. The shuttle drivers are pretty friendly.
Fast service when we arrived to the lot, parked and the shuttle came to pick us up promptly. We also had a quick response dor a shuttle to the airport for our pickup, when we arrived at an unanticipated time due to a delay after 2 a.m.

The online scheduling was easy and user friendly. Pricing is reasonable. The staff are all very customer service oriented, while not super personable they are professional. They have a job to do - get you checked in and to the airport and bring you back- and they get that done well. I planned for a delay as I’ve never used that lot, I was to the airport a half hour earlier than I planned and pickup at 2am was timely and my car was waiting when I got off the shuttle.
