Park N Fly is so convenient when traveling from Cleveland. I like that I can make a reservation and complete my entire transaction with a simple swipe of a QR code. Additionally, the transport drivers are very friendly and were quick to pick up and drop off.
The in/out wash was great. Love that the bus was so quick to pick us up and the car drop off and pick up were easy.
I very recently left my car at Park N Fly and came home to check my credit card
statement and noticed that I was billed twice for my four day stay at Park N Fly.
I purchased my parking on-line a day before we left for our trip. Then we got back
from our trip and after leaving the Park N Fly lot, I noticed that I got billed again.
I called Park N Fly's customer service and talked to a very nice lady and I told
her about the double billing. She looked into it and said, "yes," that I was billed
twice and that I should expect my refund to appear in my credit card account within
three to five business days. The credit was refunded to my credit card account
in two days. So I would recommend parking your car at their lot, the driver's who took
us to the airport and took us back to our car after our trip were both outstanding.
We have used Park and Fly for work and leisurely and have always had a great experience.
