We were picked up quickly, the driver was very friendly and drove safely. On our return we only waited a couple of minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. The ride from the airport to the parking area is very quick.

Convenient, quick way to get to airport. Park car, shuttle immediately at car to load luggage and travel to airport. On arrival back to home airport shuttle always at airport to travel back to car. Parking agents and shuttle drivers very nice and helpful.

It is easy to use. I have always parked "undered cover". The bus drivers have been friendly. There was only one that we waited for a bus at MSP. For whatever reason, there were a lot of people returning to the parking facility at the same time. I think that we got onto the third bus. That probably does not happen very often.
