I have used your park n ride services for more then thirty years. I keep coming back because the service has been great until this trip June 19 to 26. When we left we could not get the covered parking gate to scan my reservation QR code from your app. Finally someone opened it automatically for us probably because there were cars lined up behind us. On our return to terminal A at IAH I called park n fly to get someone to pick us up. I got a recorded message that spoke my name and said that park n fly was not picking up at terminal A or E but only at terminal C and D. We were at exit A114 and could see other shuttle service buses picking up passengers so I called again and selected the operator and the lady that answered told me she just arrived and did not know but to go to terminal C or D. I went to the information desk at terminal A and the man there said he was not aware of any reason why park n fly could not pick us up at terminal A. I called again and spoke the the same lady and asked her if anyone at park n fly what was going on. She talked with someone and then told me they would send a bus to pick us up at terminal A. We were picked up very soon after the call. When we went to exit the facility the lady scanned my reservation and member QR code and asked if we had prepaid. I told her yes it had all been done online. I showed her the reservation I had printed out from the email sent at the time I reserved covered parking but nothing seemed to work for her. After about ten minutes and many cars lined up behind us she raised the barrier and said we could go. She was not happy with me and I felt the same about her. For the first time on more than thirty years of using the service I had set up and account so things would go smoothly as suggested on your web site. However anything but smoothly occurred. I hope you can fix these problems and make this process to get in and out the smooth process you talk about on your website. Also please put signage on the control gates for the exit from the covered parking. Thank you for your attention to these issues.

Everything, I am never disappointed with your service!

Easy! Used valet service. Staff friendly. I was nervous as this was my first time using a parking service. I pulled up, left key in car, they put my bag on shuttle and headed to the airport. On the way back I text back the number that reminded me of pick up and they arrived within minutes, had my car ready to go. I prepaid so I only had to scan my ticket at the gate and I was on my way home.
