Great service from the time I first pulled in till the time I left. At the gate, both coming in and when leaving employees help me with scanning the QR codes. When on the shuttle to go to the airport, I realized I had left my phone. But the driver, having not left the parking lot, circled back around so I could get my phone.
There was also clear comunication to me personally and through my phone as to how I get back to my car. This was especially helpful since I was coming back after midnight. The driver on the return trip was also prompt and helpful, making sure that every person got to their car and that the car started.
Overall, Park and Fly provide great service.
I have rarely had a problem and when I did it was immediately addressed!
