I use Park n Fly often but this time was seamless when it comes to service. The last few times I have used Park n Fly I have had to wait for around 20 to 30 minutes to be pickup up from the airport. This time the service was quick to get me to the airport and quick to pick me up. I would also like to say that your driver by the name Johnny on bus 1533 (I may not have the correct bus number) went above and beyond and demonstrates great customer service. I suggest that Park n Fly do what they need to in order to retain Johnny he will make sure your customers like me continue to use Park n Fly. 🙂

Convenient and we normally do not have to wait on the shuttle. I felt that my car would be safe. When we checked out the attendant offered me a bottle of water. Great customer service.

They were very communicative throughout the process. A text was provided with instructions and the address for arriving there and pick up instructions were provided upon our return home. They were very friendly, kind, and fast! I didn’t see evidence of my car washed though but maybe next time.
