So not a good experience this time. I parked in the priority lot and waited for a pick up, and waited, and waited. I saw two vans go by, they even looked at me standing in the priority lot looking like a lost sole. I finally dragged my bag down to front and luckily there was a van driver there and said she would take me to the airport. of course we had to pick up all the others waiting first.

Your employees are extremely courteous and helpful and the service is very quick. As a handicapped person, there is no way I could handle my luggage without help, so I really appreciate that your employees go the extra mile to help me. And when my final flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive at Bradley until 1:30, I really appreciated the quick pick up. Thank you! I will definitely use your service again.

My wife left some of her luggage on the van he was able to track up down before we got too far from the facility to give us the rest of our luggage…

What do you like about our services?

Makes traveling so much easier! We know our car is in a safe place, and the shuttle takes us directly from our car to departures and brings us back to the car when we get home. The drivers are always very friendly, and they load and unload our luggage for us. All this and it is also so much cheaper than parking at the airport! We love it!
