How easy all of it is

Very easy to find the parking lot. Also well set up lot. Easy to navigate and shuttles came to us so we didn’t have to haul our luggage across the lot. Drivers gave precise instructions of where to get off and helped with luggage if needed/wanted. On the way back to our car after vacation they drove us directly to our car instead of a all in one drop spot and helped get our luggage of the shuttle all in all amazing experience and much better then parking at the air port.

What was wrong....I waited 30 minutes called got automated, went to web site called a different number found out we were supposed to be at drop off level to catch the shuttle, which doesn't make sense. But no where did we read this that we needed to be at that location.
